Move from iWeb

It’s been a while since my last post as personal matters have been a priority. As part of that, I unfortunately lost the code I was working on for the Rails project, luckily however, I did have my notes.
The project has now expanded to include authorization and authentication using AuthLogic and CanCan. After a few hiccups, and some googling this is all working nicely and I am getting to grips with Rails 3.
I have decided to move from iWeb as it seems as it has been put on a back burner by Apple and I have resurrected my RapidWeaver license and am using that instead.

Rails

I have currently taken a break from my iOS programming to design and create a system for a friend. The system is quite simple, just some data entry pages and a way to export to Excel for the moment. After a bit of too-ing and fro-ing I decided to use Ruby on Rails as its easy to get a simple system up and running and check with the customer that it is what is needed.

Update

The next version of Bank ID is currently with Apple for review. I have had a couple of emails requesting further details about the application, and this has encouraged me to make some changes for version 1.1. I am hoping that this will be useful to the current owners and expand the userbase, time will tell.
